Mobile homes are very tough to sell right now. They are normally
hard to sell, and it's gotten even harder since credit from lenders has tightened up.
If you have ever tried to find someone to buy mobile homes in Louisville, KY you know what I'm talking about. Unlike regular houses, sale prices of manufactured homes go DOWN over time
instead of going up. (In a lot of ways, a mobile home is viewed as being alot like a car. If it isn't on a foundation
it even comes with a title rather than a deed). Most people trying to sell their manufactured home get really upset when they
find out about this.
- Built in the 1990's or later
- In a decent mobile home park
- Two bathrooms
I will consider other situations, but these are the things I am going to be mostly looking for.
